Add or remove Optimize site members

Learn how to manage member access for your Optimize site.

Workspace Owners and Admins can invite members to or remove members from your Optimize site. They'll be assigned the Reviewer Workspace role (so they won't fill a Workspace Seat) and the Optimize site role you assign.

How to invite a new member

Whether the person is a member of your Workspace or not, you can use these steps to grant them access to your Optimize site and assign an Optimize site role.

From the Webflow dashboard:

  1. Hover over your Optimize site
  2. Click the Optimize settings icon > Site access
  3. Click Add people
  4. Enter an email address
  5. Choose an Optimize site role (e.g., Designer)
  6. Choose if they should get email alerts
  7. Click Invite

If the person you invited doesn't have a Webflow account yet, they'll be asked to create one.

How to remove a member

You can remove inactive or unneeded members from your Workspace at any time.

From the Webflow dashboard:

  1. Click Team in the left panel
  2. Click the Options icon to the right of a member
  3. Click Remove from Workspace
