Learn how to manage Optimize site-level roles and permissions for your team members.
Workspace Owners and Site Admins can manage members and change Optimize site roles. The Optimize site role determines what the member can see and do within the Optimize site.

How to assign an Optimize site role
From the Webflow dashboard:
- Hover over your Optimize site
- Click the Optimize settings icon
- Click Site access in the left panel
- Use the Site role dropdown to choose a member's role
Changes are automatically saved. If the member is in an active session, they may need to refresh the Optimize site for their new permissions to apply.
