Refine your optimization data with filter controls.
Filtering optimization results lets you zero in on specific visitor groups — like visitors who use a particular device. Use filters to explore how different segments respond to your variations and uncover more targeted insights that drive decisions.
What you can filter by
Optimize has a default set of categories that are shared as audience rules and results filters. You can also add new categories by integrating with third-party services or defining custom attributes.
- Review the default categories and integration categories
- Add custom values by setting custom attributes with an API
- Add global code to your Optimize site that generates a page URL filter
How to filter results
Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:
- Click Optimizations in the Navigation panel
- Click an optimization to view results
- Click Filters at the top
- Choose a category (e.g., Time of day)
- Choose a subcategory (e.g., Late night)
- Click Save
- Click Apply
The optimization results update to reflect your new granular criteria.
