Duplicate an optimization to try new ideas without starting from scratch.
Cloning lets you reuse an existing optimization’s structure, settings, and variations — great for testing a new hypothesis or making slight tweaks to a high-performing setup. All variations are saved as drafts so you can review or update them before launch.
How to clone an optimization
Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:
- Click Optimizations in the Navigation panel
- Click the optimization you want to clone
- Click Actions > Clone optimization
A clone of the optimization is generated with the word “copy” added to its name. You can rename the optimization at any time.
