Delete goals from an optimization

Remove local goals you no longer track to keep reporting focused.

Streamline your reporting by removing goals you no longer need — this keeps analysis clear, relevant, and easier to act on.

Limitations

• An optimization must always have at least one goal
• You can’t delete an account goal from an individual optimization
• You can’t delete the target goal — change the target goal first, then delete the other goal

Delete a local goal

Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:

1. Click Optimizations in the Navigation panel
2. Click an optimization
3. Click the Options icon > Edit configuration
4. Click the Goals tab
5. Hover over a non-target goal and click the Options icon
6. Click Delete > Delete
