Stop a test optimization

Turn a test optimization off to pause its variations, make edits, or end the test.

Good to know

Stopping the optimization ends the current interval. A new interval is created if you relaunch the test.

You can stop a test optimization, which turns it off, if you want to edit it or if the test has run its course. Stopping the test pauses all of its variations.

How to stop a test

Stopping a test optimization ends the current interval.

Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:

  1. Click Optimizations in the Navigation panel
  2. Click the test optimization you want to stop
  3. Click Stop Optimization in the top bar

How to relaunch a stopped test

After a test has been stopped, you can run all of its variations to relaunch it. This creates a new interval.

Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:

  1. Click Optimizations in the Navigation panel
  2. Click the test optimization you want to relaunch
  3. Click the Options icon in the top bar
  4. Click Run All Variations
