Learn how to integrate HubSpot with Optimize.
Integrating Webflow Optimize with HubSpot lets you import your contact lead info to unlock more focused audience targeting and granular reporting capabilities. You can also track forms so that you can report on and optimize for form submissions.
How to import HubSpot data into Optimize
Someone with HubSpot admin permissions needs to sign in to grant Optimize access. You can then import up to 20 properties per record (e.g., Companies, Contacts, or Deals). It may take up to 30 minutes to complete the import.
Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:
- Click Account settings in the Navigation panel
- Go to Integrations > HubSpot
- Click Sign in to HubSpot
- Click Connect app
- Click Import under a record (e.g. Contacts)
- Choose the properties to import
- Click Save
How to track form submissions
Good to know
Only embedded forms on your site can be tracked, since the Optimize snippet must be on the same page as the form. HubSpot-hosted, CTA, and pop-up forms aren’t supported, even if they appear in the import list.
You can import up to 20 embedded HubSpot forms to track form submissions as local goals or account goals.
Open your Optimize site in Webflow, then:
- Click Account settings in the Navigation panel
- Go to Integrations > HubSpot
- Click Select the forms to track
- Choose the forms you want to track
- Choose Use as account goal if you want to track submissions as an account goal
- Enter a Conversion value if your account is configured to track value
- Click Save
If you choose not to create an account goal, a goal event is created for you to use in a local custom goal.
