Hide or remove elements from the variant page in the visual editor.
You can control which elements appear in the variation by changing their visibility. Use the visibility icons in the visual editor to hide or remove page elements. This is a great way to test how changes affect layout or user behavior without permanently deleting anything from the base page.
How to change an element’s visibility
In the visual editor:
- Select an element
- Go to Visibility in the Changes panel
- Choose the visibility option you want to apply:
- Visible — the element stays on the page for visitors to see
- Hidden — the element is not visible, but its space stays so the layout doesn’t shift
- Deleted — the element and its space are removed, letting other elements shift naturally to fill the space
