Optimize for non-Webflow sites

URL builder for Salesforce outbound links

Updated

Use this form to generate tagged website links for Salesforce tracking.

Before you get started

Import SF Contacts or Leads to Optimize. Then, sync the Optimize Record ID from Salesforce to your email tool.

Use this form to append the Optimize Contact/Lead ID to website links you include in your emails. This allows you to:

  • Track contact-level analytics — view individual engagement data in Optimize
  • See exactly who is visiting your site — match individual visitors to their Salesforce data
  • Enable targeting and dynamic content — leverage Salesforce fields from Contact and Lead objects

When not to use this form

Optimize already matches visitors to their contact info if you've integrated HubSpot or Marketo and:

  • You send a link to your website using HubSpot or Marketo, and the visitor clicks that link
  • A visitor fills out a HubSpot or Marketo form on your site and submits their email
