About the Optimize site Workspace

If you're familiar with a Webflow Workspace already, there's some key differences to note for your Optimize site.

Managing team members

Unlike Webflow-built sites, Workspace Owners and Admins don't add users to an Optimize site from the Workspace settings. Instead, they add them from the Optimize site settings. These new members are added to the Workspace as reviewers so they don't require a paid Workspace seat, but that does not define their site role.

Optimize site roles

Optimize sites have their own Optimize site roles, which differ from Webflow site roles. Members added to an Optimize site are added to the Workspace as a Reviewer — which does not fill a paid Workspace seat — and assigned the Optimize site role selected during the invite process. Optimize site roles are managed on the Optimize settings page.

Webflow-built sites

The Workspace allows you to create Webflow sites. For those Webflow-built sites, the Workspace and site settings will work just like any Webflow Workspace.

It's not possible to transfer an Optimize site from one Workspace to another within the Webflow dashboard. However, you can reach out to support for help transferring the site.
